Before using a large format UV printer, the surface of substrate must be treated, it means that we must spry a layer of treatment agent(coating) on the surface. The treatment agent will not have any effect on the surface of the material, the role is to increase the color effects and pigments adhesion

The coating has a great effect on the later color printing.So, before printing, you should:
(a)Confirm what kind of material you want to print, and then take a coating treatment .

(b)Confirm whether the coating is dry  before printing.

(c)In addition, Ensure that the coating is uniform and clean. It will lead to the ink is not adsorbed in invividual position and into patchy or bleeding if the coating is not uniform. Clean and tidy is also to prevent the dust impact on the printing effect, to ensure quality.
