Pre-sale Service
According to customer’s needs, YOTTA provides free proofing. Customers can come to our factory to have a site visit. We are confident that our quality can withstand customer’s investigation and testing.
Installation And Commissioning
After purchasing our machine, there will be a professional technical staff to customer’s factory for installation and commissioning if customer needs, making sure that customer’s printer can be put into production use quickly and stably.
Free Training
YOTTA will have free training on UV printer operations for the customer who purchased our machine, so that customers can use the machine into production in the fastest speed. In the meanwhile, the correct operation method can prolong the service life of machine.
Warranty
Our warranty purpose is timely response, solve quickly and use guaranteed. YOTTA provides one year free warranty, life-long maintenance. We have on duty after-sales engineers to timely receive and solve users’ problems, to help them create more profits. Generally, we will solve problems through online guidance. If the problem can not be solved by this way, we will send professional technical personnel to the scene to solve problem first with the nearby principle. Generally, after our operation training, it will not have any problems.
