1. Ink circulation system

Ink circulation system endeavors to meet the delivery demands of both solvent and UV inks. We both know the fact that white ink contains pigments in silver and can be settled over time, which decreases the performance of printing as long as we don’t clean them.

YD-2518 with white ink circulation system stabilizes the usage of white inks since controls the discharges of white ink and decreases ink waste. The remaining amount of ink is control by separated chip, when inks are not refilled in time, the production of printer will not be affected as there are still buffer margins of inks.

2. A powerful flatbed table

The YD-2518 with a powerful, all-steel frame can significantly reduce vibration while supporting materials within the size of 2500mm*1800mm and the thickness within 90mm. The zoned vacuum area of printer is capable of keeping substrates flat as well as ensuring optimal suction for small or large substrates. Furthermore, the positioning pins optimize the alignment of media during the printing process. Our high quality servo motor and rack and pinion drive system guarantees accurate printing.

3. Adjustable head gap

A head gap means the distance between “highest point of substrate” and “head surface”. If the head gap is too high to get satisfying print result, the ink will mist on the print result which can lead to color density difference. This circumstance now can be avoided as YD-2518’s head gap can be adjusted with the automatic media thickness detection by determining the head gap. Optimum printing results can be obtained even if the thickness of the media changes.

4. UV LED curing system

YD-2518 includes an advanced UV-LED curing system to speed up production process with detailed images and high density colors.

Compares with conventional lamps, this UV LED lamp provides many advantages. The first one is its long lifetime, which ups to 60,000 hours. Second is UV LED lamp is extremely energy-efficient and produces very little heat, which remarkably reduces the risks that associated with high heat generating, such as damages to the substrates and to our eyes. What’s more, it can be turn on and off instantly. The preparation time of it is unnecessary any longer while conventional lamp may take several minutes before it starts to work.

Even better, with UV LED curing system, ink dries immediately after the images are done, which delivers high performances in waterproof, sunlight resistance and durability.
